We are delighted and excited to welcome you to our "Official Ocean Place Website."

As an introduction, we'd like to tell you about Ocean Place, located in Ocean City, Maryland. Ocean Place is a five-story condominium complex built in 1983 by Purnell-Jarvis. We are in a much sought-after area in North Ocean City, located at 14500 Wight Street, and our building encompasses the entire block between 145th Street and 146th Street in Ocean City, Maryland. We are also just across the border from the state of Delaware, a bonus for anyone wanting to enjoy tax-free dining and shopping!

We are within walking distance of many great restaurants, a few miles up the road from Freeman Stage, a seasonal, open-air performance space showcasing music, dance, theater, and children's programs. Also located just across the street is an Ocean City Beach Bus station. It's an inexpensive way to get around Ocean City, Maryland, in the high season, and the pricing is excellent!

Our building is masonry construction consisting of 100 condominium units, with 32 two-bedroom oceanfront units, 20 one-bedroom oceanfront units, 40 two-bedroom side units, all with ocean views, and 8 three-bedroom corner units, also oceanfront. Our center courtyard has a beautifully maintained swimming pool, open to all owners and renters from Memorial Weekend unit the end of Labor Day Weekend.

We recently completed a major $2.6 million dollar restoration project lasting two years (2019 to 2021), and we couldn't be more delighted with the finished product! The building looks beautiful!

Door Must Be Larson Model # 14606042 This model number has 2 styles; Ocean Place style is the mid-view, as shown in the photo below. (Door must be brown, the handle must be black (black handle Model # 20298953), and the door must be Mid-View style).

The screen is built into the door. When the glass is lowered, the screen comes down.
